A classic seatrout (and salmon) streamer utilizing the beautiful vulturine feathers for wings.
Materials Used;
Hook, Size 4 Single
Thread, Uni-8/0 Red
Rib, Medium Silver Tinsel
Body, Black Floss
Wing, Vulturine Neck Feathers
Hackle, Vulturine Breast Feather
Eyes, Jungle Cock
Head, Glo-Brite Floss No.4
